The Teamwork TestThe Teamwork Test
Are You a Team Player?

Perhaps you already know what type of work environment you prefer, but just never knew why. Or perhaps you can work well either surrounded by co-workers or alone at your computer. What you do know is that teamwork is a necessary skill in almost any job, and especially in life. So, how well do you work with others?

This assessment is designed to determine how well you work with other individuals in a group. Specifically, it rates your ability in fifteen different categories heavily affecting your teamwork abilities:

  • 1. Trust - Do you trust others enough with your work?
  • 2. Patience - Can you work on time that is not your own?
  • 3. Respect - Do you give respect to others? Do you demand it for yourself?
  • 4. Cooperation - How well do you ‘go with the flow’?
  • 5. Organization - Is your work space organized? Do you follow a calendar?
  • 6. Tension - Can you perform under pressure, or do you get overwhelmed?
  • 7. Interaction - Do you shy away from people or are you an attention grabber?
  • 8. Control - Do you have to control every aspect of a situation?
  • 9. Persuasion - Can you make a sound, convincing argument?
  • 10. Disposition - Can you lighten a tense situation?
  • 11. Responsibility - Do you take responsibility for your actions?
  • 12. Perseverance - How do you deal with negative feedback?
  • 13. Determination - Do you stick with the program?
  • 14. Understanding - Are you understanding of flaws and unexpected surprises?
  • 15. Listening - Do you consider others' arguments?

At the end of this test, you will receive your top teamwork strength and weakness. You will also have the option of purchasing a full, detailed evaluation at your leisure.

Do your best to judge yourself honestly. The closer your answers are to your true skills, the more accurate your results will be.
