If you're having difficulty logging into TestCafe, it is most likely a problem with cookies. The following are
the steps you should take to resolve the problem.
- Delete your existing TestCafe cookies
In IE, this can be done by selecting Tools... > Internet Options from the menu bar, then clicking the Delete
Cookies... button under the General tab.
In Netscape, this can be done by selecting Tasks > Privacy & Security > Cookie Manager > View Stored Cookies
from the menu bar, and clicking the Remove All Cookies button. If you don't wish to remove all cookies, you can
select only the cookies for www.testcafe.com and click the Remove Cookie button.
After deleting the cookies, close your browser then re-open it and return to TestCafe. Login using your
username and password in the box on the left side.
- Check your privacy settings
If you are still unable to log in to TestCafe, verify that you have
cookies enabled on your computer. This can be checked by your browsers privacy settings.
- Check your computer's ability to accept cookies

your computer. If any of the methods listed failed for you computer and you are unable to log in to TestCafe,
please send your results to us so that we may attempt to discover
your specific problem.
